SiteSafe has created a comprehensive package of recommended forms to be completed by contractors for each specific site. The “Whero [Red] Site Specific Safety Plan” starts with an overall project plan to be completed if you are:

  • The Main Contractor
  • Working under an agreement with a client
  • Working under you own health and safety systems, processes and procedures
  • Providing evidence of your own due diligence

We have endeavored to closely follow the recommendations of Site Safe by including virtually all of the questions and detailed information presented in their recommended form. The resulting form is somewhat of a replication of the Site Safe paper system style form converted to the efficient techniques enabled though the use of ServiceM8.

The ServiceM8 Version of the Red Project Plan can be quickly initiated via the web based system or a mobile device. The form is created directly from a job card – therefore immediately becoming ‘site specific’ automatically capturing appropriate details already include on a job card.

We are using an exceptionally efficient multi-choice/multi-answer rapid data entry tick box selection process. During the form creation, the user ticks applicable items on an array of questions.

The simple tick selection will be transformed into a a red ticked box on the generated pdf. Items which are not applicable and not ticked, will appear on the generated pdf and an unticked box.

ServiceM8’s efficient conditional logic is also used to automatically navigate to the next logically applicable question or data entry point. If a question is not applicable, the user will never even see the question.

To take the process to the next level of efficiency and quality, the forms can be modified to very specifically suite the unique requirement of your business.
